Legal Notice
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This notice applies to the website vornhex.com and to the VORNHEX Scanner app for iPhone and Mac (together, the “Services”), operated by Vornhex LLC. By using the Services you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services.
In short
- Not investment advice. Nothing in the Services tells you to buy, sell or hold anything.
- Do your own research. A score is a first filter. The decision, and its outcome, is yours.
- No guarantee. A Passed score lowers risk; it does not remove it.
- You can lose all of your money. New tokens are among the riskiest assets that exist.
Not investment advice
All information in the Services, including scores, colors, alerts, token data and any text on this website, is provided for general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any token or other asset.
Vornhex LLC does not know your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance and does not act as your adviser, broker or fiduciary. If you need advice for your circumstances, consult a qualified professional.
Do your own research
Treat every score as a starting point. Before you trade, review the contract, the liquidity, the holder distribution and the trading activity yourself, for example in the independent tools linked from each token card. Only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely. Every decision you make, and every result of that decision, is your sole responsibility.
What a score means, and what it does not
A score combines a sell simulation and an on-chain contract analysis. When the two disagree, the lower result applies. Even so, a score has clear limits:
- It reflects one moment. A score describes conditions at the time of the check. A contract owner can change fees, upgrade a proxy, blacklist wallets or remove liquidity after that.
- It covers specific risks. Scanner looks for sell restrictions and known contract red flags. It does not assess market risk, price movements, the team behind a token or the value of a project.
- It can be wrong. Automated checks can miss new or well-hidden techniques and can flag harmless contracts. A token marked Passed can still be a scam, and a token marked Risk can be legitimate.
- It depends on data sources. Blockchain nodes and third-party services can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, which can delay or affect a result.
Risks of trading new tokens
Crypto assets are highly volatile, and newly launched tokens are especially risky. Prices can fall to zero within minutes. Liquidity can disappear, contracts can contain malicious code, and transactions on a blockchain are generally irreversible. Network fees, slippage and failed transactions can add further losses. Crypto assets may also be subject to changing laws and limited regulatory protection.
Third-party tools and data
The Services link to and use data from independent tools such as DexScreener, TokenSniffer, Bubblemaps and De.Fi Scanner. Vornhex LLC is not affiliated with these services and is not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and alerts
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. Detection and push notifications can be delayed or missed, for example because of network conditions, device settings or third-party outages. Do not rely on an alert as your only source of information.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vornhex LLC and its members, employees and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Services and any trading you do is lawful where you live, including any tax obligations.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the Services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@vornhex.com. For how the website handles data, see the Privacy Policy.
